Compliance with Term and Conditions
This agreement if effective anytime a “Party” uses Machines Plus Pty Ltd. Any “Party” include Customers or End Users that utilise Machines Plus Pty Ltd goods or services.
You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when you place an order with Machines Plus Pty Ltd.
Each order you place is a separate and binding agreement between you and Machines Plus Pty Ltd with respect to supply of goods or services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Machines Plus preferred method for receiving an order from a customer is via purchase order. In the case of customers who do not use Purchase Orders we will accept an email with their email signature.
Phone orders will be taken but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they provide the correct product codes.
Please ensure all product codes are correct on your Purchase Order. See our Returns policy below for incorrectly ordered items
Price list will be issued to active customers from time to time and are also available on request to active customers.
Where a Purchase Order number is not given the method in which it is received with todays date will be used.
Payment and Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched based on the customers accounting terms with Machines Plus.
- COD – payment of invoice is required before an order will be dispatched. This can be done via Credit Card – (surcharge applies) or Direct Debit into Machines Plus bank account.
- 14 Day, End of Month and 30 Day term customers will have there order dispatched and an invoice sent out to them. They will be required to pay the invoice before or on due date.
Depending on the product, orders will either be shipped direct from Machines Plus Supplier or from Machines Plus. All of our supplies have varying cut off times, so most orders may be delivered within 1 to 10 business days depending on location of customer from dispatch location. Next day delivery is never guaranteed on normal delivery service as we can not control the actions of the courier companies.
Next Day Delivery
You can request next day delivery if –
- Orders are submitted to Machines Plus by 11.00 am.
- That the Supplier the order is dispatching from offers next day delivery.
- Customer agrees to pay the additional freight for next day delivery.
Machines Plus will do everything it can to arrange next day delivery, however it is ultimately up to the courier to ensure they deliver the next day. Where next day delivery is requested of the courier and confirmed by Machines Plus that it is happening, but not meet by the courier. Machines Plus will lodge a complaint on behalf of the customer requesting a refund. Refund on freight is not guaranteed and will only be issued if the courier agrees to provide one.
Couriers do not ship to PO Boxes, so all orders must be shipped to a physical address.
You must notify Machines Plus no later than 7 days after receiving your item/s that you wish to return them.
Item/s may be returned for
- Incorrect Item Sent by Machines Plus – excludes when customer has ordered incorrect item.
- Item Faulty or defective – provide details of fault and photo’s
To lodge a Return request complete the Return Request Form
To return an item, it MUST be unopened and in it’s correct original packaging and undamaged. It must be returned within 14 days of purchase to the address advised by Machines Plus. (This may be a third party address in which the product originated from.)
The returning of the item will be at the Customers or End User expense.
For items incorrectly ordered by the customer or being returned because they are no longer needed a 15% restocking fee applies.
The original delivery charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Before a credit will be issued the item/s may be assessed by us or our Supplier.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.
A credit will be issued once it is confirmed that item is faulty or incorrect.
Item/s returned where the end user has not followed operational instructions will not be credited and returned to customer at their expense.
Item/s returned with no fault will be returned to customer at their expense.
Inks must be returned with the bottles unopened and the original labels intact.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If you have printed the shirts or done any modifications to the shirts, or applied additional pretreatments or other materials to the garments they are ineligible for returns. Any item modified or otherwise deemed used will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
Items ordered in especially for the customer that is not a standard stocked item by Machines Plus cannot be returned due to change of mind or circumstance.
Orders that have been cut to size at your request are not returnable for refund.
If you are approved, then a credit will be applied to your invoice and a credit note will be sent to you.
Spare parts can only be returned if they are
- In there original packaging and unused.
- Undamaged and not alternated in anyway.
- Apart of an offical Machines Plus Service call and not deemed needed by Machines Plus Service Agent.
- If the suppler agrees to take the parts back.
Spare Parts will only be credited once the supplier has confirmed that they will be issuing a credit.
Machines Plus will not issue a credit to it’s customer before the supplier has confirmed this.
Where the supplier refuses a credit the customer has the option of taking the spare parts back at their own expense. Machines Plus will not pay for delivery back to customer.
Machines Plus does not provide warranty on the products itself.
All warranties are as per the Manufacturer.

Guarantees of Performance
Machines Plus and RTP Apparel Australia does not guarantee any type of performance of RTP products. It is the responsibility of each customer to thoroughly test each product for use with each printer, inks, and combination of any other factors for suitability of commercial use of RTP products. RTP Apparel has been designed to work with most DTG printers and ink sets in the market but it is still the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure RTP Apparel is compatible with your printing system. There are no guarantees of wash durability and/or performance of RTP Apparel products.
RTP Apparel is a shirt/garment. If it does not print correctly, Machines Plus and RTP Apparel Australia is not responsible. We will not refund for shirts that did not print properly.
DTG Viper machines – We may not be able to provide support or repairs on these machines.

When a customer requires a service call, they should contact Machines Plus.
They will need to email a detailed description of what the issue is, with photos. If the fault can be diagnosed based on the description and photo then an estimate quote will be issued.
Once the customer has accepted the quote and parts are in stock, a service agent will be dispatched within the next 1 to 3 business days.
If the issue can not be diagnosed then a service agent will be be sent out to review the issue within the next 1 to 3 business days. Machines Plus call out fee will apply, plus any additional time charged in half hour blocks.
The service agent will report back Machines Plus what needs to be done and a quote will be issued for parts and estimated time.
Once the customer has accepted the quote and parts are in stock, a service agent will be dispatched within the next 1 to 3 business days
- Call Out fee which includes travel up to 80 kms travel from Melbourne CBD and first hour on site. This is non refundable.
- All time after first hour charged per half hour block or part of there after.
Machines Plus reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
