Compliance
This agreement comes into effect anytime a “party” makes a purchase through Machines Plus Pty Ltd. A “party” includes customers or end users who utilise Machines Plus goods or services.
By placing an order with Machines Plus, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Each order you place constitutes a separate and binding agreement between yourself and Machines Plus with respect to the supply of goods or services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Placing Orders
Orders must be placed by 11am (AEDT) to be processed the same day. Orders made after the 11am cutoff may not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed after hours, over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.
Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be altered (this includes the addition or removal of products).

Via telephone
Phone orders will be taken; however, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have provided the correct product codes. The method in which the order has been received along with the date will be used as a reference.
Via email
Machines Plus’ preferred method of receiving email orders from customers is via purchase order. In the case of customers who do not use purchase orders, we will accept an email with their email signature. Where a purchase order number is not given, the method in which the order has been received along with the date will be used as a reference.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have provided the correct product codes.
Via online store
Orders can be placed via the Machines Plus online store at any time of the day or night. If placed after our 11am cutoff, the order will be processed the next business day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their order is correct before it is submitted.
Cancellations
Machines Plus reserves the right to not accept a cancellation and to proceed with the delivery of an order. We may, however, use our sole discretion to accept a cancellation and provide a full or partial refund as we see fit. Cancellation fees may apply.
If an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be given.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped in accordance with the customer’s or the product’s payment terms (see our Account Terms for more details).
Orders will be shipped either from Machines Plus directly or from one of our suppliers. Due to the various cutoff times imposed by our suppliers, orders may take between 3 and 10 business days to be delivered, depending on the customer’s location in relation to the place of dispatch.
Machines Plus generally ships through Australia Post, but will ship larger and/or fragile items through various couriers.
Free shipping
To qualify for free shipping, customers will need to spend a minimum of $350 (ex. GST) on consumables or $1500 (ex. GST) on AS Colour garments.
Some products are excluded from free shipping. These include: vinyl (Siser, Heat Transfer Plus, Metamark, MetaGuard, Brite, Avery Dennison), other garments (RTP Apparel, Ramo, B&L, Independent Trading Co, 4L and 5L pretreatment bottles, and 20L pretreatment cubes. If an order includes any of these products, the customer will be asked to pay for shipping.
Next day delivery
Next day delivery can be requested (for telephone and email orders) and is only offered if:
- The supplier dispatching the order offers next day delivery
- The delivery address falls within a next day delivery zone
- The customer agrees to pay the additional freight for next day delivery
- The request is received before courier pick up cutoffs
Once next day delivery has been confirmed with the courier company, Machines Plus will confirm the booking with the customer.
Next day delivery is never guaranteed on normal delivery service, as we cannot control the actions of courier companies. Next day delivery is also not available for orders placed via the Machines Plus online store.
Note: Couriers do not ship to PO boxes, so all orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Express shipping
Express shipping can be selected (for online store orders) and is only offered if:
- The supplier dispatching the order offers express shipping
- The delivery address falls within the express shipping zone
- The customer agrees to pay the additional freight for express shipping
- The order is received before Australia Post’s cutoff
Australia Post advises that this service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas, guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
If your order is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links but it won’t be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
Some products are excluded from express shipping. These include: vinyl (Siser, Heat Transfer Plus, Metamark, MetaGuard, Brite, Avery Dennison), printers and other equipment (such as heat presses).
Pick up from AS Colour warehouse
Customers must be advised that AS Colour no longer accept pickup orders from their warehouse; all AS Colour orders will be shipped out via courier.
Account Terms
Machines Plus will offer account terms at our discretion and on an individual basis. Terms will remain valid for as long as invoices are paid on time.
Machines Plus currently offers the following payment terms:
- PrePaid - payment is to be made before goods or services are provided
- 7 Days - payment is due within 7 days of notice
- 14 Days - payment is due within 14 days of notice
- 30 Days - payment is due within 30 days of notice
Machines Plus reserves the right to reassess an accounts’ eligibility to remain on terms at any time.
Exclusions
The following products will remain PrePaid and are excluded from terms:
- Garments that fall under Garment Trade Pricing (AS Colour)
- Machines requiring installation
- Equipment imported for a customer from overseas
- Canon consumables
Payments
PrePaid orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed (either by Shopify or when the payment has cleared into our nominated bank account). If you require immediate dispatch and have not ordered through Shopify, provide your bank remittance as proof of payment. If no remittance is received for your order, it will only be dispatched once the Machines Plus accounts department confirms your payment has been received into our nominated bank account.
Online store payments
Purchases made via our online store can be paid by credit card at the checkout or by requesting an invoice at the checkout. If you have requested to pay by invoice, Machines Plus will access the order in question and the invoice(s) will be issued in accordance with the customer’s credit terms and each individual product’s credit terms.
Invoice payments
Invoices can be paid via Direct Bank Transfer or Credit Card (surcharges apply).
Where an invoice includes PrePaid and payment terms products, multiple invoices will be issued with the products allocated as per the terms offered on them.
Account terms
Invoices are to be paid before or not later than the due date. Invoices not paid by the due date will place your account on No Supply until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the due date, your debt will be placed in the hands of our Credit Collection Agency. Any fees associated with the collection of the debt will be added to this bill.
A reminder email is sent out 5 days before to remind you of any upcoming invoices.
Unable to pay
In the event an account cannot pay an invoice by its due date, that account should contact Machines Plus to advise that the payment will be late. Machines Plus will work with the account to help them clear the outstanding amount. Whilst the amount is outstanding, no new orders may be placed.
Online Store Accounts
An account is required before a customer can make a purchase through Machines Plus’ online store. Customers can create their own accounts by clicking on Create Account
and providing their first name, last name, email address and a password. Customers can also contact Machines Plus to have an account created on their behalf.
Accounts that have not made a purchase with Machines Plus in 3 months can be removed without notice.
Garments
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing on them. Merchandise that has been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable.
Please ensure that you check your delivery docket is correct before you start printing. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed, we can fix it. Once the garments have been printed, however, we cannot exchange. Machines Plus is not liable to contribute to any screen printing costs or to pay for reprinting under any circumstances.
Trade pricing
Having an online store account doesn’t automatically give a customer access to Garment Trade Pricing (for AS Colour garments) - customers must be approved before this pricing can be accessed. If you would like to apply for access, provide us with your business name and website or social media page. Machines Plus will advise whether your application has been successful or not within 7 business days.
As a part of Machines Plus’ agreement with AS Colour, we can only offer Garment Trade Pricing to customers who are considered garment decorators. To be considered a garment decorator, customers must spend a minimum of $500 per month with Machines Plus on machines, other hardware or consumables (eg. ink, pretreatment, vinyl, maintenance products, etc). Customers who spend less than this amount per month are considered hobbyists and will have their access to Garment Trade Pricing revoked.
This policy will come into effect from the 1st of January 2020.
Warranty
Machines Plus does not provide any warranty on the products we sell. All warranties are held by the manufacturer.
