 What we love about the Roland DG BN-20A

Easy to load media

The machine’s feed system automatically aligns the roll of media for printing and cutting by intuitively lining up the pinch wheels according to the width. This ensures proper placement and tracking.

Long lasting, durable inks

ECO-SOL MAX inks offer a number of advantages - they’re fast drying, high density, offer a wide colour gamut, are scratch resistant, offer a low cost per square foot and can support a broad range of materials.

4 channel printing 

Unlike its predecessor, the BN-20A features only 4 ink channels - CMYK - and takes ECO-SOL MAX 2 cartridges. Please note that white, light black and metallic silver are unable to be used in this particular configuration.

Exceptional cutting control

Integrated contour cutting, with its simple up/down controls, eliminates many common drag knife technology problems, whilst cutting carriage technology prevents bounce against the media if the force is set too high.

Low maintenance costs

The gold-plated head helps reduce static and prevent clogging, whilst the wiper blades reduce wear and tear on the printhead by reducing buildup. The ink circulation system reduces waste, leading to reduced costs.

New fast-print mode

Thanks to its simpler ink-set, Roland DG have been able to include a high-speed printing mode that is wholly unique to this particular model. It lets users optimise their productivity on small-scale print runs.
