Service Call Agreement
Machines Plus does offer servicing on certain machines.
All Service Calls are quoted and must be paid in advance. We do not offer payment terms on Service Calls.
DTG Viper machines  – We may not be able to provide support or repairs on these machines.

When a customer requires a service call, they should contact Machines Plus.

They will need to email a detailed description of what the issue is, with photos. If the fault can be diagnosed based on the description and photo then an estimate quote will be issued.

Once the customer has accepted the quote an invoice will be issued. Once payment is received and parts are in stock, a service agent will be dispatched within the next 1 to 3 business days.

If the issue can not be diagnosed then a service agent will be be sent out to review the issue within the next 1 to 3 business days. Machines Plus call out fee will apply, plus any additional time charged in half hour blocks.

The service agent will report back Machines Plus what needs to be done and a quote will be issued for parts and estimated time.

Once the customer has accepted the quote an invoice will be issued. Once payment is received and parts are in stock, a service agent will be dispatched within the next 1 to 3 business days.

Fee Structure

Call Out fee which includes travel up to 80 kms travel from Melbourne CBD and first hour on site. This is non refundable.
All time after first hour charged per half hour block or part of there after.
Parts
Machines Plus will endeavour to estimate what parts are needed and  how much time is required. However due to the nature of service calls, other issues may arise that were not obvious.

Machines Plus Service Agent will notify the customer of what they have found and the customer can then decide if they wish to proceed.

Additional charges will apply for any extra time incurred or new parts needed.

If the call takes longer than the quoted amount, then the additional time will be charged for in accordance with our fee structure.

Any parts ordered by Machines Plus and not needed will be returned to supplier and no extra cost to the customer.

It is the responsibility of the machine owner to ensure the machine is operated and maintained in accordance with the manufactures guidelines.

Machines Plus shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss of production or revenue due to a machine breakdown or failure.

 When Machines Plus is not able to repair a machine, the customer will be given the option to return the machine to the manufacturer for repair.New Paragraph
