With the Roland DG Versa UV LEF2-300, enjoy the freedom to undertake your own volume production of small to medium sized products. Plus, your designs will be provided with brilliant colour and image reproduction.
One of the greatest things about the LEF2 range is that it allows you to print directly onto the surface of various substrates (including cork, glass, plastic, tiles and wood) - what’s possible is only limited by your imagination.
With this machine, you’ll be able to really push the boundaries of what’s possible with print - add value to otherwise off-the-shelf items by transforming them into wholly unique, personalised pieces that your customers will love.
The addition of the optional BOFA unit will ensure that your workspace is provided with adequate ventilation. On top of eliminating any potentially nasty odours, the unit can also offer extra storage for jigs, fixtures and supplies.

Feel the colour with gloss ink
Using gloss ECO-UV ink, you’ll be able to add gloss/matte finishes, realistic textures or 3D embossed effects to your products. Create your own or choose from Roland DG’s library. You can even add functional tactile finishes, such as Braille.
Built-in vacuum table
Ideal for efficiently and accurately securing thin materials and delicate media in place, the vacuum table is designed to provide stable printing and high quality results - no more worrying about material or media sliding around.
New intelligent features
Save time and materials by altering the test print position thanks to Intelligent Test Printing, and control dot placement between each pass for faster throughput and excellent image quality thanks to Intelligent Pass Control.
State of the art ECO-UV inks
Engineered for use on all applications (so you don’t need to purchase multiple ink sets for different types of media), ECO-UV inks offer stunning results. There’s also an optional primer that is used for prepping surfaces before printing.
LED pointer setup
The built-in LED alignment system sets the origin point when printing on different types of media - you can use it as a two-point reference to detect flat substrates or as a centre origin point of reference on odd shaped items.
Automatic ink circulation
The inclusion of this system in the new LEF2 series actually helps to prevent ink pigments from settling in the ink lines, resulting in even consistency. It also helps to reduce wastage, which leads to lower running costs - a win-win all round.
Intuitive misting filters
Designed to collect any residual ink mist, these filters prevent any resulting mist from settling on the internal parts of your printer or even on your design as it’s being printed (which can ruin the end result and lead to unhappy customers).
High reliability & safety
The new Head Refresh feature removes any ink from the printheads and cleans the surface to maintain the health of your printer, whilst the new Nozzle Mask function allows you to continue printing even with a printhead clog.
